Legacy: Club Activity Report (CAR and Multi-CAR)

About this report

This report provides an overview of Lead and Member followup activity both scheduled and completed. 

CAR Sample

The CAR gives an overview of the following:

  • Membership Opportunities Added - split into:
    • Leads Added: This number represents all leads except Referrals and Walk-Ins
    • Referrals Added: This number represents all Member Referrals Added.
    • Walk-ins Added
  • Calls Made - split into:
    • Calls to Not Visited Leads
    • Calls to Missed Guests - Leads that visited but have not joined
    • Calls to Members
    • Calls to PT Leads
  • Appointments
    • Sales Appointments Added: The number of appointments created with the selected date range
    • Sales Appointment Today: The number of appointment scheduled to occur within this date range
  • Guests for Memberships - leads who visited the club in this date range split into:
    • Showed-Up Sales Appointments
    • New Walk-Ins: This is a new lead created with Contact Method of Walk-In
    • Drop-In Guests: This is an existing lead that comes in without an appointment. (This is not the same as a Drop-In Workout)
    • Appointment closing percentage
  • Sales Breakdown- percentage of total sales that are:
    • Sales from Leads that are not Referrals or Walk-Ins
    • Sales from Referrals
    • Sales from Walk-Ins
  • Make Sale Stats shows how many new sales led to:
    • Referral Leads added
    • Orientations Booked (Note: An Orientation is not the more commonly now used PT Sales Appt)

To access this report

  1. Log into Drive and select the Reports menu
  2. Select Legacy
  3. Select the Live Reports section
  4. Find (or search for) the report named Club Activity Report (CAR) or the Multi-Club Activity Report (Multi-CAR)
  5. Select View
  6. A new window should appear allowing you to enter your report parameters
  7. Select a Club (or Clubs if using the Multi-CAR)
  8. Select a date range (3-month max)
  9. Select your report options. The report defaults to show all columns. This report can be quite long so those wishing to print it may want to hide various columns

  10. Select from a PDF or CSV format
  11. Select Run Report
