Where to find FollowUp features in Drive

The purpose of this article is to provide a quick reference of where to find various FollowUp features in Drive that may not be in the same place.

General Layout

  • Search: Select the magnifying glass in the top left
  • Quick Links: Use the Add Lead icon on the left side of the screen
  • Incoming Text icon: Top right (to the left of the Club Name)
  • Club Switcher: Top right (similar placement). Use the toggles to switch clubs, or you can now roll up multiple clubs in one view
  • Kiosk Club Tours: Home screen, bottom right (under To Do, and either under or to the right of Incoming Leads queue)
  • Help: Bottom left 'More' icon (the 3 vertical lines)
  • My Account: Select your name in the top right to open your account profile
  • Logout: Bottom left 'More' icon (the 3 vertical lines)

Home

  • My Agenda: New dashboards are planned for a future release. This data is also available today in the InSights Sales Person Dashboard
  • Incoming Leads to be Assigned: A new queue showing these leads is found on the bottom of the Home Page (under the To Do section)
  • My <Month> Opportunities: New dashboards are planned for a future release. This data is available today using the Leads section under Contacts. Use the filters to select anything specific (e.g. Contact Method of Walk-In). The resulting view will show a number of results next to the Leads heading.
  • What's Happening: This was not originally planned Drive as it had very low usage. However, we do have a new 'bulletin board' or announcement type of feature planned for a future release.

Agenda

This is now labeled To Do and located in the center of your Home page

  • Today, Tomorrow, Monthly: You can use the quick date filters (Today, Week, Month) in the top right, or use the < > arrows to move between days, or select your own Start and End dates in the top left
  • Overdue: Red "Overdue" button on the top right of your To Do list
  • Viewing: Use the Filters (funnel icon) to select desired Staff, Event Types, Statuses, etc.

Calendar

  • Group Calendars
    • Use the Event Owner filters to select the staff you wish to view
    • A Group Calendar option more like those in FollowUp is planned for a future release
  • Set Schedule
    • Select your name in the top right of the main screen to open your account profile. Edit Schedule is towards the bottom
  • View Staff's Availability
    • Use the Calendar Filters to select an Event Owner and select Calendar: Staff Schedule from the top of the filter section

Opportunities tab

This is now labeled Leads and located under Contacts

  • Memberships & PT
    • Memberships > Add the Filter for Product to see only Membership leads
    • Personal Training > Add the Filter for Product to see only PT leads
    • Life Cycle sub-sections views > Add the Filter for Life Cycle group
  • Sales
    • This is now labeled Members & Clients and located under Contacts
    • The Sales section is no longer separated from Members. It's all one section.
    • Use the Filters to select Membership, PT (or both), to view Lead or Member Owner, etc.

Members tab

This is now labeled Members & Clients and located under Contacts

  • Use the Filters to select Active or Expired (Former), to view Lead or Member Owner, etc.

Reports tab

  • Live Club Data: Coming Soon - Expected in our second December release and will be found under Legacy
  • Live Reports: These are now under Reports > Legacy
  • Email Reports: These are now under Reports > Legacy. The CAR and MCAR reports will have a Subscribe button next to them to subscribe to the nightly emailed reports
  • InSights: Available under Reports
  • Lost Memberships: This report was no longer in use and therefore not added to Drive

Guest Log tab

  • Daily Log: This is now labeled as Guest Log and located under
  • Opps Added: This exact tab has not been added to Drive, but you can access the same list by going to Contacts > Leads and using the following filters:
    • Select Filter by: Start Date (this is set by default)
    • Select Owner: All Staff
    • Select the Life Cycle filter All Membership Leads or All PT Leads
    • An early 2021 release is expected to have an "All Leads" Life Cycle filter with Last Contact and Next Contact columns

Follow-Up tab

This is called Communications and is located under Admin.

Scheduled to be released for all clubs by end of December 2020

  1. Main section of communication is across the top: Alerts, Broadcast (Blasts), Drip Communication (Day X), Lead Source Emails, Other, Email Templates.
  2. Contact Types (Lead, Member, etc) are down the side of each applicable section
  3. Contact Types with Life Cycle groups (e.g. Not Visited, Visited, etc) are across the top of the sub-section
  • Memberships
    • Not Visited, Visited, Trial, Expired Trial
      • Email & Text Blasts > Broadcast  & Membership Lead icon on the left
      • Day X > Drip Communications & Membership Lead icon on the left
    • Referral Sales Follow-Up
      • Email & Text Blasts > Broadcast & Member icon on the left (and then Sale Follow Up)
      • Day X > Drip Communications & Member icon on the left (and then Sale Follow Up)
    • Other
      • Web Lead, Web Referral, Facebook Email > Lead Source Emails
      • Referred Lead - 1st Email > Lead Source Emails
      • Opt-in Preferences Email > Other
      • Email All Interested Membership Leads - Birthday Message is under Other > Birthday > Lead Birthday
      • Email & Text Blasts are under Broadcast
  • Personal Training
    • No Appt, Appt Booked, Appt Completed, Appt Show
      • Email & Text Blasts > Broadcast & PT Lead icon on the left
      • Day X > Drip Communications & PT Lead icon on the left

  • Alerts: Alerts 
    • Appointment Alerts/Reminders (the auto-texts that go out at 3pm the day before the appt): Appointment Notifications > Appt Reminders: These may not yet be visible, but are scheduled
  • Email Templates:  Email Templates. The left side menu can be used to access Standard and Converse (1:1 Emails)

Admin

Most sub-sections within the FollowUp Admin section are named the same

All Admin sub-sections are found under the Admin toolbar menu

  • Staff: Staff
  • Permissions: Roles & Permissions
  • Transfer: Coming Soon; Expected early 2021. Contact InTouch Support if you are in need of a lead transfer. Our team will be happy to assist until this section is released.
  • Lead Properties (Lead Sources & Not Interested Reasons): Contact Properties
  • Member Properties: Contact Properties
  • Event Types: Coming Soon; Expected early 2021. Contact InTouch Support if you need to adjust an Event Name in the meantime.
  • Questionnaires: This tab has been removed. The Questionnaires still exist and can still be edited for you by InTouch Support, but the visibility settings no longer apply. (Guest Card is always accessible in the Contact Profile and TI Script is always accessible when a lead is added with the Contact Method of Telephone Inquiry).
