Web Lead Email

This email is designed to send out to new leads created via a club's website inquiry form. For example, if you give a free pass to anyone that fills out your webform, you can use this email to say thanks and provide their pass. This email sends as soon as (or within a few minutes of) the lead being created in InTouch.

How to enable the Web Lead Email

  • In the FollowUp application, go to Follow-Up > Memberships > Other and select Edit on the Web Lead Email.
  • Coming soon! In the Drive application, go to Admin > Communications to edit and enable the Web Lead Email

What you need to know about this email:

  • This email was created alongside the Web Lead Form Service and only triggers when a lead is created via this specific Web Lead API call. It is not currently available for leads created via the InTouch REST API or Zapier).
  • Your web form must use the default system Lead Source of 'WEB SITE'. Using a custom Lead Source with your web form will not allow for this email to send.
  • Web leads are not sent No Club Visit: Day 1 emails. This allows for a similar welcome email to be used in both without overlapping.

Web Referral Email

This email is designed to send out to new member referrals created via the web service. The web referral form is typically used as a place for members to submit their friend's information. This email sends as soon as (or within a few minutes of) the lead being created in InTouch.

How to enable the Web Referral Email

  • In the FollowUp application, go to Follow-Up > Memberships > Other and select Edit on the Web Referral Email
  • Coming soon! In the Drive application, go to Admin > Communications to edit and enable the Web Referral Email

Facebook Email

This email is designed to send out to new membership leads created via InTouch's Facebook Lead Generator App. This is an older app (created long before FB Lead Ads) that FB now only supports on desktop browsers. It's rarely used, but does still exist. This email sends as soon as (or within a few minutes of) the lead being created in InTouch.

How to enable the Facebook Email

  • In the FollowUp application, go to Follow-Up > Memberships > Other and select Edit on the Facebook Email.
  • Coming soon! In the Drive application, go to Admin > Communications to edit and enable the Facebook Email
